When I’m not teaching, you might find me:  planning my next travel adventure, hanging at the beach or trying the latest delicious restaurant with my love.

My “at bat” song:  Say Something by Justin Timberlake & Chris Stapleton...what a pair!!

In my class you can expect:  A deeply nourishing experience for your mind and body. A place where you can let go of all the “shoulds” and show up for yourself exactly as you are in the moment.

Badass moment:  Hangliding in the Swiss Alps...there’s no feeling in the world like running off a mountai.

Yoga myth:  “I suck at yoga.” You can’t suck at yoga. If you can breathe you can do yoga. If you can feel you can do yoga. Yoga is discovering the connection that already exists to your most authentic self. Yoga is about shifting your perspective and mindset to a one of presence and gratitude. 

Most influential mentor:  I have had so many amazing mentors. My original, longest and most influential mentors are my parents. My mom introduced me to the practice as a teenager. She has also taught me the gifts of compassion and empathy. My dad has taught me how to fiercely stand by your people and create your own path in life.

Party Pose:  Ardha Chandrasana or Half Moon...I have a half moon tattoo on my wrist I got the week I graduated college. As my practice grew, Half Moon became my favorite shape. It shows you that when you ground into the earth and the moment, you can expand and feel effortlessly free. I didn’t realize the connection until just now.

I dream: Of a world where everyone believes in the their own unique potential...how beautiful would that be?
