WE OFFER INFRARED RADIANT HEAT
The majority of our classes are heated to a comfortably warm 80-85 degrees using our unique, eco-friendly and therapeutic infrared radiant heat panels, suspended overhead.
Benefits include increased circulation, increased flexibility, detoxifying sweat, improved metabolism, and pain relief.
Unlike traditional hot yoga, infrared radiant panels heat the students (and room) from the inside out - as your core temperature rises, so does the room temperature.
*Power Vinyasa and Inferno Hot Pilates (90+ degrees)
Vinyasa Flow - All Levels || Heated 80-85 degrees
A dynamic system of practicing asana, linking breath to movement. Builds heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations. Depending on the teacher, the class may vary slightly based on their educational and teaching backgrounds. Therefore, we encourage you to try them all, as you’ll experience something unique with each and every one of our amazing team!
Vinyasa Slow Flow || Heated 80-85 degrees
This slower paced vinyasa class works towards not only reaching our edge, but surpassing it. Beneficial for building strength, stability and postural integrity. Featuring power poses, both standing and balancing postures, held for several breath cycles, this class allows you to challenge your body and mind while slowing it down just a bit, to perhaps move a bit more intentionally.
You will build heat and muscular endurance, as well as self-centering energy, allowing you to turn off and tune in.
Although we aren't flowing as fast, please come prepared to sweat, work, breathe and finally to restore.
Inferno Hot Pilates || 90-95 degrees

Using both pilates and yoga principles, mindfulness, heat, and H.I.I.T., this low-impact, cardio class will strengthen your whole body safely, and keep your heart rate up while helping you boost your metabolism and detoxify your body! An awesome complement to a regular yoga practice - who doesn't want stronger, safer chaturangas?!
**Mat towel highly recommended!
Vinyasa Power Flow || 90-95 degrees
This invigorating flow class is perfect for those who want a more athletic and cardiovascular practice. Build internal heat with your breath and movement through sequences generally based around sun salutations.
Come prepared to explore your body and take on new challenges with invitations to experiment with various arm balances, inversions, twists, backbends, hip openers and more. Explore your edges as you build core strength, tone, balance and detoxify your body all the while freeing your mind through the rhythm of your breath. Expect to sweat, play, and have a lot of fun!
Modifications are always given however if you are newer to yoga, we suggest taking at least 5-10 Level 1 and/or All-Levels classes prior to this class.
Rocket Vinyasa || Heated 80-85 degrees
Rocket Yoga is a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Yoga and was put together by a person called Larry Schultz, who studied Ashtanga Yoga under the expert K. Pattabhi Jois for nine years in Mysore. Created to make Ashtanga Yoga more accessible to western practitioners, it was in the 1980s in San Francisco that he developed Rocket Yoga. The name was given by Bob Weir of ‘The Grateful Dead’ band because he thought Rocket Yoga was quick and easy.
It is. Rocket Yoga is fast-paced and has a dynamic flow. Its structure is similar to that of Ashtanga Yoga, consisting of Surya Namaskar, standing poses, seated poses, twists, and bends. Students can modify and make their interpretation of the traditional asana. If they get stuck with a pose, they can either skip it or find easier ways to practice it instead of rigidly sticking to the pattern.

Queer Yoga || Last Saturday of each month
11:15 AM -12:15 PM
QUEER YOGA for all bodies:
this means we are working to collectively create yoga spaces that are more accessible to all bodies and genders. Class is open to everyone prepared to positively engage with this process.
Same-sex loving, gender non-conforming, lesbian, bi or however you may identify - queer people - often go through a process of feeling wrong. Wrong in our bodies, wrong in our hearts, wrong in our actions. We internalize these oppressive feelings and it colonizes our bodies and our spirits. Yoga is a practice in which we can go deeper and unlock those chains.
