In 2 hour playful and engaging workshop, you will be introduced to the basic principles of handstands. We will disassemble our fears of going upside down, and we will deepen and explore our awareness of anatomy and specific strength and conditioning exercises and drills, handstand variations, various entry and exit transitions and partner work. In this workshop you'll walk away knowing the fundamentals of handstands, replacing any fear with a deep understanding of alignment and technique that will encourage you to start introducing them into your yoga practice more frequently.

Seasoned handstanders will be given opportunities to explore different entries and variations to keep your inversion practice feeling fun and inspired.
