Hometown:  Charleston is home now,  I was born in the Mini Apple (Minneapolis).

When I'm not teaching: I’m bringing balance and ease to folks through Chinese Medicine, taking you to let your Soulshine in Bali;), finding peace on my paddle board, or hangin with my boys.

My mantra: BE-LOVE!

My "at bat" song:  I'm digging Ray LaMontague currently, but Michael Franti "All the Freaky People" always makes me boogie.
