In my class you can expect: A huge focus on setting your intentions on the mat to focus your reality off the mat. Also, encouraging the concept of being in your body-I don’t care
how you practice, as long as it FEELS GOOD and safe!
Badass moment: Quitting a big time job in the corporate world to follow my heart and take on the yogi lifestyle as an entrepreneurial, self-loving hustler!!
Yoga myth: ‘I can’t do yoga because I’m not flexible enough’...welp, that’s why you do it ya do-do-bird!
Most influential mentor: My Aunt - a mind/body studio owner, who initiated my passion for fitness and yoga. She inspires me every day to step outside of my comfort zone
and always from a place of raw and real authenticity.
Party Pose: Eka Pada Koundinyasana-flying split! Inversions can be quite difficult for me because of my height, but this one I can manage to stick..depending on what type of party we’re talking about.
I dream: of finding autonomy in life mentally, emotionally, financially and physically. Everything else is just gravy on top!
